Overview
With the growth of mobile devices and user consumption The change in habits has prompted renters and buyers to gradually shift from traditional offline intermediaries and PC-side real estate rental and sales platforms to mobile clients.At the same time, policy restrictions on the purchase of real estate have prompted more people to rent houses.
Jijuke is promote to not rely on intermediary companies and is committed to providing users with an effective, safe and fair information transaction platform through platform management and control, the main target users are graduate student who do not have much budget for renting.

In 2017, China’s rental population has reached 190 million people, mainly composed of floating population and college graduates. The rental market is concentrated in first- and second-tier cities. According to forecast data, China’s rental population is expected to reach 265 million in 2030 (The data resource from online open resource).

1.3 User Research
Based on the above secondary research, we focus on interviewing people in the 80s and 90s, and collect data from 30 users through either interviews or questionnaires. The questionnaire survey is conducted in two forms: online and offline. The content of the questionnaire Separately for the two roles of tenant and landlord, each survery could be finished within 5 min.

Summarize all notifications and classify it in one section, the message module is one such place, allowing users to process pending work and incoming event in an efficient and timely manner. Messages in this module is classified into system notifications, system activities, and event reminders according to the situation
System Notification
User was notified through system notification that he/her was reported by the content posted. the notification sent with appeal entry to let user appeal through providing relevant evidence. The appeal information will be passed to the platform side, and the platform side will arrange personnel Conduct an investigation
System Activities
Users gain the information about recent promotions on the platform through system activities. In order to increase the activity of the platform, the platform will occasionally stimulate user enthusiasm by issuing coupons, red envelopes or other promotions.
